Can a foreign national set up a company in the Czech Republic?
Yes. Foreign nationals can own a company and act as its director without restriction. The rules are the same for everyone, whatever their citizenship.
Do I need to travel to the Czech Republic to register?
No. We handle registration remotely under a power of attorney, so you do not need to be in the country in person.
How quickly can a company be registered?
From two working days once the documents are filed. A full launch takes longer, depending on the bank and on any licences required.
What documents are needed?
A criminal record certificate, proof of identity and a power of attorney for remote registration. We confirm the full list when you book.
Do you help with opening an account and with accounting?
Yes. We help you open a corporate account, and we can take on your accounting afterwards as a separate service.
