Includes preparation of founding documents, one-year company seat, registration in the commercial register, register of beneficial owners, business license (unregulated trade license), and tax office registration.
Remote Company Formation
+20% of the standard price
Includes additional steps related to online communication and power of attorney verification.
High-Risk License

(Crypto, Gold, Gaming) Includes obtaining necessary permits; the deadline may vary depending on case complexity.
Change of Statutory Body

Includes the preparation of amendment documents and communication with the commercial court.
For long-term collaboration, we offer monthly payments with financial benefits, allowing unused hours to roll over to the next month. To ensure quality support, the minimum fee is €1 000 per month.
Success fee
In special cases, a success fee can be arranged, where a smaller deposit than standard is paid upfront, and the company later receives a percentage of a pre-agreed amount as compensation.
In cases where compensation and reimbursement of expenses between the company and the client are not agreed upon, the standard rate of 200 € per hour applies to the relationship between the parties.
