WHO THIS SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR
Businesses that have received a notice of an audit
The Tax Office (Finanční úřad) has initiated a tax audit (daňová kontrola) – immediate professional assistance is required to prepare.
Companies with outstanding requests from the Tax Office (Finanční úřad)
You have received an official request or letter from the tax office — you need help with a correct and timely response.
Foreign companies without a Czech representative
There is no in-house lawyer or accountant capable of liaising with the Czech tax authorities in Czech.
Companies following the reorganisation of their accounting department
The accounts have been sorted out — now we need to defend our position in the event of a potential audit.
Effective communication with the tax authorities
Errors in initial communication with inspectors are often the main cause of unjustified fines for foreign businesses in the Czech Republic. We take full responsibility for all official correspondence and verbal negotiations with the Finanční úřad, eliminating the risk of accidentally providing unnecessary or compromising information. Our specialists carefully review every document before it is sent to ensure your defence is as secure and well-founded as possible. Competent legal support at this stage allows us to address most of the investigating authorities’ queries before they begin a thorough analysis of the records. As a result, you can remain calm and continue to focus on developing your company whilst we resolve all the bureaucratic issues.
Appealing fines and protecting assets
Even if a tax audit has already concluded unfavourably for you, the situation is by no means always critical or hopeless. Czech legislation provides businesses with effective legal tools to formally appeal against unfair additional assessments and imposed penalties. Our team promptly prepares well-reasoned objections, drawing on current legal practice and a detailed analysis of your case materials. We are ready to confidently represent your company’s interests before higher courts, seeking the full cancellation or a significant reduction of financial claims. Such professional defence allows you to preserve your company’s assets and restore your business reputation in the eyes of the state.
