How long does it take to obtain a residence permit?
Between 60 and 270 days, depending on the type of permit and the country where you file. We do everything we can to speed the process up and to get the documents right the first time.
Can I file the application remotely?
Document preparation and consultations are handled online. Filing must be done in person — at a consulate or within the Czech Republic, depending on the type of permit.
What should I do if my application is refused?
We analyse the grounds for the refusal and, where necessary, bring in a lawyer to prepare and file an appeal.
Do you help Ukrainians with temporary protection?

What languages do you work in?
